Return & Fitment Policy
At YH-Carbon, we take pride in our craftsmanship. All products are handcrafted using genuine carbon fiber with Autoclave Vacuum Pressing Technology. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Professional Installation Required
All carbon fiber components require professional installation by a licensed automotive body shop.

Fitment Responsibility: Minor trimming, drilling, or sanding may be necessary as part of the normal installation process for aftermarket carbon fiber. These are not considered manufacturing defects.

Dispute Requirement: Any fitment claims must be supported by official documentation (photos/videos) from a licensed professional installer. YH-Carbon is not liable for damages or fitment issues resulting from self-installation or improper handling.

2. 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Exclusions: Custom-made or Made-to-Order products (e.g., specific carbon weaves or personalized items) are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3. Damages and Issues (Crucial for Large Parts)
Please inspect your package immediately upon reception.

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us at 282113246jexy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

For large components (Hoods, Doors, Trunks), we strongly recommend filming an unboxing video to facilitate shipping insurance claims.

4. Returns & Refunds Process
Start a Return: Contact us at 282113246jexy@gmail.com. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee: Please note that for non-defective returns, a restocking fee and original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.

Refunds: Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
